The Gentle Leader Calming Cap is a behavior management aid that is designed to lessen a dog's anxiety or aggression in high-stress situations. The Cap’s single-panel sheer fabric window makes the dog's vision indistinct, which reduces the visual stimulus and enables the dog to remain calm. Originally developed to make car trips tolerable for an agitated dog, the Cap serves to assist pet owners and professionals in a variety of situations such as: vet and groomer visits, in home nail trims, and desensitization and separation anxiety programs.

Petite: Toy breeds such as Chihuahuas &  Yorkies, (5 - 10 lbs)
Small: Cocker, Beagles, Shelties, small Terriers, (10 to 30 lbs)
Medium: Labs, Dalmatians, Cattle dogs, Golden Retrievers, (30 to 70 lbs)
Large: Giant breeds, Mountain Dogs, Large Shepherd Dogs, Rottweilers, (70 lbs to 100 lbs)
